Our homemade bread
All bread is baked on Krav-labeled flour from Laban’s mill in Romakloster. The breads we bake are, for example, Gotlandslimpa which is a scalloped rye sieve bread with a taste of orange, coarse rye bread, wheat breakfast buns and flaxseed buns. In the different loaves we use organic raisins, figs and oranges. We do not use any preservative or extra gluten additives.
Fish and meat
From the ocean
We pickle the herring and the salmon ourselves. For the salmon we make gravy sauce.
From smoke and char
In the smokehouse we make smoked pork tenderloin and in the charcoal we make our own five-marker sausage and liver pie.
Fruits, vegetables and more
We make our own orange marmalade and strawberry jam, all using organic ingredients. Another thing we do is coconut porridge and various tubes to have on the bread like hummus and tomato & olive stir fry eg.
At the breakfast buffet there are always a lot of different fruits and vegetables.

Organic milk, processed sour milk, eggs and Flora. Coffee, Organic Tea.
Organic dairy products, eggs, honey and vegetables are purchased from local suppliers.
